November 2025 Prenatal & Flow Classes
Nearly November already...not something I'm mad about! I love Thanksgiving and Christmas. But of course, these holidays don't stop the need for birth preparation. I'll be continuing with Prenatal Birth Prep Flow in Watertown on Saturdays at The Yoga House 10am. Any trimester, all levels. And similar Prenatal classes on Wednesdays in Chaumont at The Copley House 6pm. (Must message (518) 536 0791 to sign up) I'm also starting a new class at the Yoga House on Tuesdays at 9:30
