ABOUT ME
HI! I'm Chelsey
I’m originally from the Plattsburgh NY area. I moved to Chaumont NY in 2020 with my 3 kiddos & my husband. I’ve been a stay-at-home mom for about 5 years now. I am passionate about women’s health, birth, & serving others. I had my first child when I was 15, so I have been a mom most of my life.
This passion motivated me to become a Birth Doula to support women with childbirth education and hands on comfort measures during labor and birth.
I am a Certified Nutrition Consultant specializing in Fertility, Pregnancy, and (soon) Postpartum women's health. This includes diet, lifestyle, and supplement recommendations. This education was through Oh Baby School of Holistic Nutrition - the only program in the world that centers on the specific nutritional support for these stages of a woman’s life. While it is possible for me to do nutrition coaching online with people from all over, I specifically feel called to work individuals and couples in Northern NY / the North Country.
Additionally, I am a 200hr Certified Yoga Teacher through Driftwood Yoga in 2021.

any point in the journey, providing
whole-body support.
My goal is to be a resource for
women and families in Jefferson,
St. Lawrence, and Lewis counties.
My long-term vision for The
Northern Nest is to create a place,
maybe even a physical location
some day, specifically for women
and mothers of the North Country
and Thousand Islands area
to gather, learn, and connect.
