Perfect if you want personalized birth preparation from a local expert on all things pregnancy, labor, & postpartum - without in-person birth doula support.
Not everyone wants or needs a doula in the room with them during labor. But you may still want encouragement and education throughout your pregnancy, virtually during labor, and to prepare for postpartum.
I provide physical, emotional, and informational support to women and their partners.
I am well-versed in childbirth education and the local hospitals and midwives and can provide valuable information and local resources to help expectant parents in Watertown NY, Fort Drum, & Thousand Islands make truly informed decisions.
My goal is to help you feel informed of all your options, confident in making your own decisions for your body & baby, and empowered to ask more questions & embrace your autonomy as you prepare to welcome your baby.
The Dwelling
Clients will receive:

2 prenatal visits (approximately 1.5 - 2 hours each visit)

In those visits, we cover:

Childbirth education, understanding your options, & decision making

help with birth plan creation with a focus on why your preferences are important to you

mom & partner mental & physical preparation for labor

postpartum planning

Virtual support for both mom & partner during labor and birth, and immediate postpartum support for up to 2 hours following your child’s birth

1 postpartum home visit (approximately 90 minutes)

Unlimited email and text support beginning at the start of our working together until 2 weeks postpartum
