Birth Doula Packages
As a birth doula, my job is to understand the physiology of birth and be tuned in to the emotional needs of a woman in labor.
I provide physical, emotional, and informational support to women and their partners throughout pregnancy, labor, and early postpartum.
My goal is to help you have a positive and empowering birth experience (even if all of your birth plans end up changing). I am there to guide you and hold space for your needs.
I am well-versed in childbirth education and can provide valuable information and local resources to help expectant parents make informed decisions.

Allie P.
“...she brought SO much value to the experience - especially day-of during labor & delivery. At one point I was totally losing it and she very firmly-yet-kindly was essentially like “get it together” and it was just what I needed in the moment. My L&D nurse liked her so much and said she fit right in. Chelsey helped me achieve my goal of a pain med-free birth, despite medical induction labor, and I am so grateful for her support.”

“When I went into labor, Chelsey came to my home in the middle of the night and didn’t leave my side. My husband was out of state and I honestly don’t know how I would have gotten through my very long labor without her guidance and reassurance. She held my hand, squeezed my hips, and gave me some great tools to utilize throughout. I couldn’t be more grateful!
