HI! I'm Chelsey

Originally from the Plattsburgh NY area, I moved to Chaumont NY in 2020 with my 3 kiddos & my husband. I’ve been a stay-at-home mom for about 6 years now. I am passionate about women’s health, birth, & serving others.

This passion motivated me to become a Birth Doula & Childbirth Educator to support women with childbirth education, hands on comfort measures and advocacy during labor & birth, and support postpartum.

I am a Certified Nutrition Consultant specializing in Fertility, Pregnancy, & Postpartum women's health. This includes diet, lifestyle, and supplement recommendations. Additionally, I am a 200hr Certified Yoga Teacher who now specializes in Prenatal Movement & Birth Preparation.

These skills and life experience allow me to address pregnancy and birth from all angles and at any point in the journey, providing whole-body support.
