BIRTH DOULA SUPPORT
As a birth doula, my job is to understand the physiology of birth and be tuned in to the emotional needs of a woman in labor. I provide physical, emotional, and informational support to women and their partners throughout pregnancy, labor, and postpartum.
My goal is to help you have a positive and empowering birth experience. Benefits of having a doula include reduced stress, a birth plan advocate, non-judgmental emotional availability, and improved outcomes.
Doulas are well-versed in childbirth education and can provide valuable information and resources to help expectant parents make informed decisions. Whether discussing pain relief options, birthing positions, or newborn care, doulas empower families with knowledge and confidence.
FERTILITY & PRECONCEPTION NUTRITION
I offer evidence-based guidance on the key nutrients needed to enhance fertility and support conception. By creating personalized nutrition and supplement protocols tailored to each individual’s unique needs, I ensure that you're getting the precise nutrient support required to optimize your fertility and overall health.
If you're navigating irregular menstrual cycles, hormonal imbalances, or conditions such as PCOS, uterine fibroids, or endometriosis, I design holistic, individualized protocols to address underlying issues and support your reproductive health.

PREGNANCY NUTRITION COACHING

With the support of a Certified Nutrition Consultant, it’s possible to reduce your chances of nausea, fatigue, constipation, heartburn, mood swings, pre-eclampsia, anemia, gestational diabetes, postpartum depression, and more. Nourishing your pregnancy will help your baby build solid bones, a strong immunity, healthy tissue and organs.

POSTPARTUM NUTRITION COACHING

During pregnancy, your body is completely devoted to your baby, but taking the time to be mindful of your own nutrition once the baby arrives isn’t self-indulgent, it’s necessary.
Pregnancy and breastfeeding can deplete your body's nutrient stores. After pregnancy, you are more susceptible to anemia, osteopenia, fatigue, and depression. A practical and individualized nutrition plan can help you safely balance your body while replenishing your reserves so you can feel your best.
Being fully nourished is an essential component of a new mother's health & happiness.
PRENATAL YOGA & LABOR PREP CLASSES
Join me for private or group prenatal yoga classes designed to enhance strength, flexibility, and emotional well-being during pregnancy. These classes provide a supportive space for women to connect to themselves and their baby, as well as prepare for childbirth. Private sessions offer personalized attention to your desired areas of growth, flexible scheduling and location, comfort and privacy, and faster progress toward your goals.
