My Style of Instruction
My prenatal yoga instruction focuses primarily on deep breathing techniques, pelvic muscle release (while maintaining proper strength), and positions to utilize during different phases of labor to help baby move through the pelvis and aid in pushing (and how to use these positions if you decide to get an epidural).
My private instruction sessions are appropriate for beginners to advanced and involve a great deal of discussion on your desires and needs. I make a point to offer many modifications for every pose to support you wherever you're at physically. I also show how each pose can be done sitting in a chair or on the floor, on hands and knees, standing, or lying back.

Location
I am based in Chaumont NY, and I am willing to travel up to 30 minutes. This includes the Watertown NY area, Fort Drum, & the Thousand Islands area up to Alexandria Bay. If you're unsure about your location, just send me a message!
If you are further than 30 minutes from Chaumont, we can discuss adding a travel fee or an alternate location for your private sessions.
